Account Deletion Policy

ServiceTasker allows users to permanently delete their account directly from the app.
When you delete your account, your profile information, messages, and account activity will be permanently removed from our active systems. Certain information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, taxation, accounting, or regulatory compliance purposes.

At ServiceTasker, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to permanently delete their account at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the ServiceTasker app:

• Log in to your account.



• Go to Profile or Account Settings.



• Go to Support



• Select "Delete Account".



• Confirm your request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When your account is deleted:

• Your profile information will be permanently removed.



• Your personal details will be deleted from our active systems.



• You will no longer be able to access your account.



• Any active jobs, quotes, or service requests may be cancelled or closed.

Data Retention

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, taxation, accounting, or regulatory compliance purposes.
