What's the Genuine Customer Guarantee?
ServiceTasker is a trustworthy platform for getting “Genuine Leads”. We verify customers' phone numbers and email through OTP to authenticate their genuineness.
We provide a Genuine Customer Guarantee to businesses. It means if you get leads for which a customer does not interact with you for some reason, we have a process to refund your credits taken for sharing lead details.
You must try to connect with the customer by all means of contact shared with you. Sometimes, customers may take 48-72 hours to respond, so you should give the customers proper time to respond. We encourage all service providers to contact leads promptly to improve the chances of winning the job.
Note: Once a lead is purchased, credits are used to access the customer's contact details, and the lead becomes non-refundable. However, under our Genuine Customer Guarantee, if a lead turns out to be fake, unreachable, or invalid (e.g., the job never existed or was a duplicate or completed by others), you may be eligible for credit reimbursement upon review.
